How to use:
I: Wrap the cuff around the left wrist, the display should be placed on the palm side the wrist, the upper edge of the cuff should be approximately 1cm from your palm line
II: Sit upright and place your forearm on the storage case, so that the unit is at the same height at your heart.
III: Keep upright and draw yourself up. Relax your shoulder and your arm. Click the on/off button, the device starts measuring automatically.
