Few people can resist snacks temptation. Although the portions of snacks are seems to be small, but if you snack too much, you may get fat. You need to walk up a few fights of stairs and run around the playground several laps to burn those calories.

1. Hungry or greedy

Please have full meals in place of snacks when you feel hungry. Snacks usually high in calories, without satiety and easily to be fat if you eating too much.

2. Do not buy snacks when you feel hungry

When you feel hungry you can't be rationally to choose lower calories food, you want to eat every kinds of snacks, no matter how much calories they have. Please pick a bag which has smaller packets; take out one smaller packet or fixed amount each time when you eat them and you can control how much calories you have.

3. Choose snacks in lower calories

The difference calorie between Dry tofu (300-400calorie/100g) and Dry giantarum (50-100 calorie/100g) is about 3-8 times. Stir fry dry tofu mostly, so it is oily and strong flavors. The calories of crisp biscuit are higher than soda cracker. So choose right snacks can be accomplished with half the effort.
