Office worker always have their three meals outside, and easy to getting fat. The meal outside usually contains high oilsalt and calorie; more meat and rice than vegetables. It will affect our health in the long term. Many people have to outer eating because the work need. And we would like to introduce some diet weight loss regulations for office workers, make sure they can eat healthy and keep slim.

Since we can’t avoid eating outside, why not choose healthy food for us. Many dietitian or related nutrition books tell people that we can’t eat this, we can’t eat that; but it does not match the real dieting require for office worker. On the contrary it deprives the joy of eating.

For many people sweets are full of temptations. But too much sugar will be accumulation fat in body, and lead to fat. Office worker usually choose ricenoodlescake and bread for convenience, and you may intake to much calories and sugar.
