Drink water first before doing exercise in the morning
There is a saying: A day begins with a good start in the morning. So many people prefer to do exercise in the morning. Actually, we don’t recommend to doing that. Because carbon dioxide backrush from 4 o’clock to 9 in the morning, and the bad air quality. If you only can do exercise in the morning, you can drink a cup of water before it. Keep 40 minutes for exercise.
Afternoon is the best time for exercise
In our traditional concept, we should take afternoon nap after lunch. In real, body exercise ability can reach the high point from 2pm to 4 pm. Do exercise one hour after lunch. Or it will affect digestion of stomach.
Slim exercise in the evening
If you really want to lose weight, you’d better doing exercise in the evening. Exercise in the evening can help foods digest more quickly. No matter what kind of exercises you do, and your nervous system is in the exciting condition. Go to bed one hour after exercise.
Drink water
Drink water is a important details no matter when you do exercise. Drink water every 20 minutes for morning exercise people, drink 120 ml once will be better. Energy and water consumption are much more in the afternoon and evening exercise, we need to supplement 200 ml water. We can not drink water when we thirsty, you know our body are lock of water now.
