8 Tips to became a beatiful thinner women

4.Drink Fluids
One of the easiest things you can do to burn fat is to increase your fluid intake. Water is best, and you can add lemon to it to help balance out your body chemicals. There are other options, like the new vitamin waters, just remember that your beverages should not contain sugar and should have very minimal calories.  Empty calories will lead to body fat.

5.Increase Cardio
Increasing your cardio workout will ramp up your metabolism.  Even adding an extra ten minutes onto your normal routine will help burn body fat.

6.Change it Up
In addition to increasing your cardio time, you should be regularly changing your routine.  If you are going to the gym every week and have reached a plateau in your weight loss or size, despite your effort to keep losing, it’s a good indication that your body has ‘gotten used to’ your routine.

If you normally spend time on the step machine for your cardio session, try the spin bike instead.  If you normally spend time on the treadmill, try walking backward for two minutes out of every ten.  Or, slow the treadmill down and try skipping for a few minutes.  If you normally use the free weights for your strength training, try the hydraulic machines.

Constantly changing your routine will keep your body guessing, and will therefore keep your metabolism and calorie burning at peak performance.

7.Eat Right

One of the best ways for women to burn body fat is to make every calorie count.  If you haven’t already learned about counting calories, learn now.  It’s important to be able to read food labels and to know the calorie count of food without labels.  You should pay particular attention to the fiber and protein content, as this will also help your body increase muscle and decrease fat.

8.Eat Catabolic Foods

For optimal results, increase your intake of catabolic foods.  Catabolic foods are those that actually create a calorie deficit just by eating them.  Some great examples of catabolic foods are:

Blackberries and Blueberries
Strawberries
Lemons and Limes
Raspberries
Pineapple
Oranges
Tomatoes
Artichokes
Cucumbers
Broccoli
Carrots
Spinach
